The Recreational Ministries of First Baptist Church of Inverness include a variety of activities for children, youth, adults and senior adults - from organized teamsports such as basketball, baseball, softball, flag football, volleyball and soccer.

The Recreational Ministries programs provide an informal environment in which to witness to children, adults and senior adults.The programs offered through the Church provide a positive example of Christianity in action to the entire community. An individual will find many ways to serve through recreation ministries: as a coach, team parent, as a referee or an umpire. The fellowship enjoyed through the recreational programs will learn skills which will affect them mentally, socially, and morally in the future.
